DAMAC Tower: Installation Progress

The ultra-modern 50 storey Damac London One tower will be one of the new icons of the London skyline. It’s construction consists of a combination of stone, terracotta and glass together with unique geometry to create a luxury development.

Damac Tower comprises of a number of luxury apartments that start at Studio size and range to 3 bedroom arrangements (and beyond). The ‘winter gardens’ throughout the project offer incredible views of London city that can be enjoyed year-round.

This building is a joint effort between DAMAC (developers) and Versace Home who are doing the internal fit-out. This project is London’s first fashion brand partnership of this size.

Damac London One has such offerings as a Versace-branded gym, roof terrace, pool (with Jacuzzi), a cinema and valet parking.

Our Yuanda team has been on-site since mid-2018 and is quickly progressing through the installation. The team have the following updates as to the progress on site:

• Yuanda are progressing ahead of schedule on the North Tower.
• The link between the North and South towers is currently under construction by Yuanda.
• The South Tower, Panel installation to the final section of the tower is progressing according to programme.
• The Yuanda internal fit-out (winter gardens and screens) are being completed to enable the Versace fit-out to follow closely behind.
