SUMMARY

The project comprises of 3no Residential Buildings

Block 7 – is a large 5 section building with multiple height towers ranging from 20 to 30 storeys
It had 2 main stair cores (Cores M & N) which define the programme of works.
Originally this building was to be GRC clad to feature columns and beams, but is now aluminium panel with textured PPC finishes.

Blocks 8 & 9 – 21 Storeys (Cores P & Q)
Each building is principally terracotta clad curtain Wall with variant colour and profiles to each Building.

The curtain walling, windows, doors, louvres inset panels etc.. to all buildings are PPC RAL colours.

All buildings have balconies of variant designs.

SCOPE

Includes the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of the B7, B8 and B9 External Walling & Cladding Works from ground level and above.
External façade systems include:

High energy performance triple glazed aluminium curtain walling with PPC aluminium spandrel areas
Texture PPC aluminium panel cladding
Terracotta cladding
metal frame project balcony system
Glazing screens at Terraces
Windows and Doors
PPC finished aluminium Balustrades
Glass Balustrades
Plant Screens
Louvres
