Proud to share the continued progress on the White City Living Project – Phase 4 (Blocks 7, 8 & 9). Since starting on site in mid-September, the team has already advanced the unitised curtain walling façade installation up to Level 9 on Block 8, marking another key milestone delivered with precision and pace.
A huge and well-deserved acknowledgement to the Yuanda Europe team, with excellent leadership from Project Director Simon Barnard and Production Director Hong Liu, along with the entire Ops team on site. Their commitment, coordination, and craftsmanship have been outstanding throughout.
Equally, a big thank you to James Saunders, Construction Director for St James Group, and his dedicated team. Their strong leadership, coordination, and collaborative mindset have played a vital role in maintaining progress across Phase 4 and in reinforcing the successful partnership between Yuanda Europe and St James.
Great work from everyone involved — Phase 4 is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when teams perform at their very best.
