SUMMARY

100 Bishopsgate is a mixed-use commercial development which will provide just under a million sq. ft of net lettable space in three new buildings. A forty-storey tower is anchored by five podium floors with 32 tower floors ranging from 19,000 to 25,000 sq. ft, providing flexibility to suit varying tenant requirements.The shape of the tower building responds to the geometries of the site and context by changing from a parallelogram at its base to a rectangle at its top. In combination with contrasting façade textures and articulated junctions repeated rotationally around the building, this change in form lends the tower a distinctive twisting dynamic.

SCOPE

Prefabricated, high-performance curtain wall with insulated glass spandrel areas, set to inclined and vertical grids.

Glazed projecting fins to external corners.

Steel and glass stick systems in the ground floor and entrance areas.

Glazed entrance systems, with powered doors.
