CPL is building a landmark residential project on this treasure land, 225 Marsh Wall, jointly creating a vision for urban life in the 21st century.

Scope

Includes the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of the tower and podium External Walling & Cladding Works from ground floor and above.
External façade systems include:

High energy performance triple glazed aluminium curtain walling with PPC aluminium spandrel areas
Aluminium feature cladding elements with GRC-like texture PPC aluminium panel
Windows and Doors
“Corten” feature brise soleil with PPC aluminium extrusion on the 1st floor
