Summary

Phase 4B consists of the addition of 157 dwellings in a 27-storey building alongside an extension to the basement car park. The tower Yuanda in contracted to clad will form one of the tallest buildings in the city and provide spectacular views across the waterfront. Building J01 is the first of 3 towers from this £500M development. This comes as part of Homes England‘s commitment to the growth of a new sustainable community in Southampton. To further this it will not only provide homes, but employment and leisure opportunities to help the growth of the local economy.

Construction began on the Centenary Quay project in 2009. Phase 4b earthworks commenced late 2018 / early 2019 and are quickly progressing.

Scope

Comprises the design, manufacturing, delivery, installation and associated services of the facade package for the building J01. The façade package is currently comprised of circa of 9,000 m² of mainly unitised façade and associated works (such as façade elements, ground floor facades including doors and terrace balustrade)
