Nova

Victoria, Londres, UK

PROJECT
SUMMARY

Formerly known as Victoria Circle, this development of three commercial buildings with retail space will regenerate the island site to the north of Victoria Station. The master plan, submitted by PLP, forms the largest single planning consent granted by Westminster City Council to date, and was granted approval in 2009.

The project creates a well-designed urban environment, the benefits of which will extend well beyond the station, enhancing the public realm and architectural quality of the area.

Yuanda were awarded buildings 6B and 7A of this substantial development in the summer of 2013.

SCOPE

  • High-performance, prefabricated, glazed façade elements incorporating tapered, feature aluminium column casing panels and opaque glazed elements.
  • Terraces, doors, and glazed balustrades.
  • Steel and glass stick systems to retail areas.
  • Diagonal glass façade with dual-colour fritted glass.
  • Glazed entrances and canopies.
