81 metres high and 25 storeys, the Park-Tower right next to the railway station is definitely the highest building in the Canton of Zug, giving its residents a breath-taking view over the town, the lake and the mountains. Thanks to its multi-storey design, Park-Tower makes a valuable contribution to the scarcity of building plots by offering a generous amount of living accommodation on a small plot of land, following the credo of dense construction in town centres. Architecturally, the project blends superbly into the existing townscape, thanks to its slim elegant and unfussy building forms combined with a carefully designed park landscape. Each storey has a maximum surface area of ca. 550 m2 available, guaranteeing future owners a high degree of freedom in designing room spaces. A maximum of 40 % of the storey surface area can be used for service providers. The positioning of the important elements in the core and on the outside of the building enables customised apartments with individual surface areas. Buyers are free to decide the allocation of rooms and choice of materials. |
