Summary

The Saffron Square project represents a major regeneration initiative providing a gateway building to this part of North Croydon. The development includes a series of buildings incorporating a mixture of residential and retail space, and the final phase includes a tower of 44 storeys in height.

The scheme will provide around 800 new apartments once complete, together with the creation of a new public square.

• High performance unitised curtail wall facades, incorporating a range of coloured glasses.
• Low-E & solar control glass units.

• Fully glazed facade systems to ground and first floors.
